Tranzcube Pallet System

Polar thermal pallet cover is suitable for the carrying of Pharma products and edibles. Internal and external material varies depending on application and design. The product is guaranteed for two years, is water proof and anti fungal with rot proof stitching throughout.

The pallet case and base unit (Tranzcube) weighs just 15kg empty & folds down flat for ease of return. The sealed system is achieved by means of a velcro closure. Products at -22°C will still be -18°C after 8 hours in an ambient of +26°C. Suitable for deep frozen/chilled & ambient products being transported in hot or cold ambients.

Cold life without opening:	Using a container of water/product, equivalent to 5% of the internal volume of the insulated cover. Then subjecting it to an ambient temperature 20-25°C warmer than the product, the results show that the rate of temperature increase was on average less than 0.7°C per hour.
